Shipped Your package has been handed to the carrier. Tracking is now active.
In Transit Your package is on its way. International transit typically takes 3–14 days.
Customs Clearance Your package is being processed by customs in your country. This is normal.
Out for Delivery Your package is with a local delivery driver and will arrive today.
Delivered Your package has been delivered. Check with household members or your mailbox.

4Tracking Not Updating?

  • Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking to activate
  • International packages may show no updates during transit — this is completely normal
  • If tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, contact us at info@mandorama.com
  • Packages in customs clearance can take 1–7 extra days depending on your country
