1What Is Proxy Shopping?
Proxy shopping means we act as your buyer inside Japan. If you find something on a Japanese website — Mercari Japan, Yahoo! Auctions, Surugaya, Animate, Rakuten, or any other local store — but can't buy it because they don't ship internationally, we buy it for you.
We receive it at our address in Japan, inspect it, and ship it directly to you anywhere in the world via FedEx.

2How It Works
1. Send us the link or details
Share the product URL, photo, or description via our request form or by emailing info@mandorama.com
2. We confirm availability & give you a quote
We check stock, confirm the item price, calculate our proxy fee, and send you a total before anything is purchased.
3. You approve & pay
Once you approve the quote and send payment, we place the order immediately.
4. We receive & inspect
The item ships to our Japan address. We inspect it, photograph it, and confirm everything is correct.
5. We ship it to you
We pack it carefully and ship it to your door via FedEx International Economy with full tracking.
3Proxy Service Fees
Our proxy fee is charged on top of the item price and covers our time, handling, and local transaction costs. Shipping is charged separately at actual cost.

⚠️ What We Cannot Proxy
We do not purchase weapons, restricted items, adult-only content, or any products that violate Japanese export laws or your country's import regulations. All proxy purchases are subject to our standard Terms of Service.

📌 Important Notes
Event slots are limited — we can only take a set number of requests per event. Submit early to secure your spot.
A 50% deposit is required at booking to confirm your event slot. The remainder is due when we confirm your items were obtained.
If an item sells out before we reach it, the deposit is refunded in full. We always communicate in real-time during events.
