All sales are final unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
1Order Cancellations
All orders placed on mandorama.com are considered final. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@mandorama.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
2Non-Refundable Situations
⚠️ We Do NOT Accept Returns For
✗ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
✗ Pre-order cancellations
✗ Minor packaging wear (dented corners, shelf wear, light scratches)
✗ Customs seizure or package refusal
✗ Packages lost due to incorrect address entry
3Eligible Refund Cases
We will offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- You received a defective product (broken or non-functional)
- You received the wrong item
- The product was significantly damaged during transit
📸 How to File a Claim
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mandorama.com with:

2️⃣ A description of the issue
3️⃣ Clear photos of the item AND the packaging
4Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. In the rare case a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable due to supplier issues, we will issue a full refund automatically.
