Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

All orders placed on mandorama.com are considered final. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mandorama.com. While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Pre-order cancellations
  • Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented box corners, scratches, shelf wear)

We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged during transit

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mandorama.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging showing the damage or error

If your claim is accepted, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Return shipping costs (if applicable) may be covered by us in eligible cases.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Please make sure you are confident before confirming your pre-order.

In rare cases where a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable due to supplier issues, we will issue a full refund.

4. Lost or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry, unclaimed parcels, or customs refusal. No refund will be issued in these cases.

If a package is returned to us, we may offer to reship it at the buyer’s expense.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving issues professionally and fairly.
