At Mandorama, we specialize in the global distribution of Japanese collectible figures. Whether you're a professional reseller, a brick-and-mortar store, or a content creator in the anime and collectibles space, our goal is to make sourcing high-quality products from Japan simple, reliable, and profitable.

🤝 Initial Contact & Order Setup

We start by getting to know you—your business, your audience, and what types of products you’re looking for. Based on that, we create a personalized order sheet tailored to your preferences. You can also ask for specific products.

The sheet is updated monthly with the latest figure releases, typically listed one month before their official shipping date.

Since figures are often released on different days throughout the month, we usually wait until all your selected items are available before shipping everything together.

📦 Minimum Order & Discounts

  • Minimum Order: 15 figures
  • Discount Tier: Orders of 90+ figures receive special wholesale pricing

🚚 Shipping Options

We offer two reliable international shipping methods:

  • FedEx Express (Air): Delivery in 5–7 business days
  • Sea Freight: Delivery in 3–4 months, ideal for large shipments

All shipments come with tracking. In case of damage, we kindly ask for clear photographic evidence so we can support you with a resolution.

💼 Taxes & Customs Duties

We take care of all export procedures from Japan. However, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, or any customs fees in your destination country. We strongly recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

💳 Payment Methods

We offer several convenient ways to pay:

  • Bank Transfer: Via our trusted partner bank (connected to Wise/TransferWise)
  • Credit Card: 3% processing fee
  • PayPal: 9% processing fee

Pre-orders: 30% deposit upon confirmation, with the remaining 70% due before shipping.
In-stock items: Must be paid in full and are usually grouped with your next shipment.

❌ Refunds & Cancellations

We work hard to ensure accuracy in your orders. However, please note:

  • Pre-order deposits (30%) are non-refundable
  • Some pre-orders must be paid in full and are strictly non-refundable due to supplier or product-specific terms
  • In-stock items cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed
