International Orders

If you are ordering from outside Japan, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number when available.

4. Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To request a return for an eligible issue, you must contact us at info@mandorama.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.
